  • Module 1: Coming Home to Yourself

    Saturday, Jan. 24, 9-noon & 2-5pm

In our opening module, we’ll return to the very roots of meditation — how to begin with simplicity, trust, and ease. We’ll explore the body’s innate physiology of rest and renewal, learning to trust that your body knows the way. You’ll discover how to enter meditation through the natural doorways of loving what you love, while expanding your understanding of mantra as an enlivening current rather than a rigid technique. Together we’ll explore what naturally happens once you drop into practice — what to expect, how to recognize the unfolding, and how to lean into it with curiosity. The Triple Shakti Model will give you a framework for understanding the energy of meditation, and we’ll play with a cycle of review, rehearse, rewrite, reimagine, and reverie to deepen your relationship with practice. This module grounds you in both the heart and the “how” of meditation, creating a living foundation for your teaching journey.

  • Module 2: Welcoming the Art of Presence

    Saturday, Feb. 7, 9-noon & 2-5pm

In this module, we’ll explore welcoming as both the heart and the technique of presence. You’ll discover why saying “yes” to your inner and outer experience is such a profound meditation skill, and how this practice expands into everyday life as resilience, compassion, and clarity. Together, we’ll name and gently meet the full range of human experience, guided by the framework of the Eight Acceptances and the liberating practice of “Ah, This” or “Even This.” We’ll attune the senses to receive the world directly — from nature, from subtle shifts in perception, from the immediacy of life itself — and explore how sensitivity, when welcomed, becomes fortification rather than fragility. This module deepens your capacity to welcome all that arises, cultivating a way of being that is both tender and strong, in your practice and in your teaching.

  • Module 3: Everything is a Relationship

    Saturday, Feb. 21, 9-noon & 2-5pm

This module illuminates meditation as the art of relationship — with self, with others, with desire, and with the world. We’ll explore intimacy and renunciation, reframed for the modern householder path, where meditation supports daily life rather than withdrawing from it. You’ll discover how removing obstacles and mending with loving attention becomes an embodied practice of compassion. Together, we’ll look at how meditation shifts us from fear to wisdom, allowing non-attachment to blossom as spacious love rather than cold detachment. We’ll also explore satiating the energy body — how to meditate with desire itself as a current of vitality and not a distraction. This module reveals how meditation breeds compassion and connection, teaching us that truly, everything is relationship.

  • Module 4: Currents of Energy

    Saturday, Feb. 7, 9-noon & 2-5pm

In this module, we’ll begin to play with the inner maps that help us navigate meditation. You’ll explore the chakras as radiant centers of energy and awareness, along with the emotional body as a subtle field of feeling that can guide and transform practice. Rather than rigid systems, these frameworks are introduced as invitations — ways of sensing, mapping, and meeting the currents of your inner life with curiosity and skill. You’ll learn how these energetic landscapes can support your students as they deepen in their own practices, offering both guidance and permission to explore meditation as a living, embodied experience. goes here

  • Module 5: Symbolism of Our Nature

    Saturday, Mar. 14 , 9-noon & 2-5pm

Expanding on our exploration of inner maps, this module invites you to work with the symbolic frameworks of the elements, archetypes, and parts. You’ll learn how to guide yourself and others through these powerful symbolic doors, which reveal aspects of the psyche, the body, and the natural world as reflections of one another. By attuning to elemental qualities — earth, water, fire, air, space — and working with archetypes and inner parts, we cultivate greater integration, self-understanding, and creative freedom in meditation. These playful yet profound frameworks enrich your teaching toolkit, offering students fresh ways to enter and expand their practice.

  • Module 6: The Dance of Opposites

    Saturday, Mar. 28, 9-noon & 2-5pm

In this module, we’ll explore the fertile tension of opposites and the union that emerges when they meet. Through the lens of syzygy — the sacred pairing — we’ll look at the breath as a union of stillness and movement, of arrival and release. We’ll explore the interplay of feminine and masculine energies, not as fixed roles, but as rhythmic forces within us all. Together, we’ll trace how your practice is shaping itself, what it is teaching you, and how opposites become gateways into wholeness. This module culminates in the creation of your personal teaching ethos, a living expression of the wisdom, rhythm, and resonance you’ve discovered along the way. goes here

  • Module 7: Bringing it Full Circle

    Saturday, April 18, 9-noon & 2-5pm

For the final module, you’ll weave together everything you’ve explored into an integrated whole. This is where the threads of your practice, your teaching voice, and your unique way of guiding others are gathered. We’ll reflect on your journey through the training, explore what has been revealed, and celebrate the ways you now carry meditation as both a personal sanctuary and a gift to share. This capstone is less about “finishing” and more about opening — stepping into the next chapter of your path as a meditation teacher with clarity, confidence and a continuous joy of studentship.
