Meet Our Coaches

Maria Luedeke

Founder and Nervous System, Behavior Change & Meditation Coach

Maria Luedeke is a nervous system regulation and meditation coach and former psychotherapist. She works with anyone seeking meaningful change in their relationships and life, including those navigating anxiety and recurring behavioral patterns, as well as leaders who want to elevate the way they show up in their leadership and the people they care about.

Maria integrates instinctive meditation, somatic practices, and nervous system-informed coaching with Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Gottman relationship principles, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, and Lead Management. She is a certified Instinctive Meditation teacher with advanced training through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. Drawing on these methods, she helps clients create sustainable behavior change and develop concrete coping strategies, so they can respond instead of react, communicate more clearly, and lead and relate with greater confidence and authenticity.

After years working as a counselor and psychotherapist in Singapore in hospital and clinical settings, private practice, and school environments, Maria transitioned from counseling to coaching to work more directly with the nervous system and the body—where deep sustainable change takes root. Having lived, worked, and studied across Europe and Asia, she brings a multicultural sensitivity and global perspective to her work. Clients describe feeling calmer and more centered, with greater emotional regulation and a renewed sense of agency in their relationships, work, and leadership, often noticing anxiety loosening its grip and conflict patterns softening into more ease, intimacy, and aligned decisions.

Kyle Schauenberg

Kyle is a personalized meditation coach who brings care, respect, and encouraging non-judgment to every session. The practice she offers is shaped by your lifestyle, your beliefs, and your own deepest aspirations. No two people arrive at meditation the same way, and no two practices look alike.

As you learn to rest into the enlivening power of meditation, creativity surfaces. Kyle listens for those emerging insights and works with you to follow them deeper, helping you cultivate more beauty, richness and joy in your daily life. She walks alongside you as you move toward your goals and release the obstacles standing between you and your felt sense of wholeness and freedom.

Kyle is trained in meditation under Lorin Roche, PhD and Camille Maurine. She is certified as a senior Instinctive Meditation teacher and she trains instructors in this technique through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation. Her individual work spans multiple countries and cultural backgrounds. She approaches every person by becoming a student to their own heart and values. Clients consistently report improvements in health, relationships, career, and abundance over the course of their work with Kyle.

Founder and Meditation Coach

Kathryn Paulsen

Kathryn Paulsen is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and a Meditation Teacher through The Wellness Space.

Her passion for health began through her own journey of navigating chronic stress, hormonal imbalances, acne, inflammation, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from her body. Through that experience, she discovered that true wellness goes far beyond nutrition and exercise, it requires addressing the underlying factors that influence how we feel, heal, and show up in our daily lives.

Today, Kathryn specializes in helping women break free from the cycle of constantly starting over with their health. While she has helped clients lose 30+ pounds and maintain their results, she believes lasting transformation comes from much more than a number on the scale. Her work focuses on creating sustainable habits, building self-trust, improving one's relationship with food, and helping women feel safe and confident in their bodies again.

After taking the Wellness Space’s 100 hour Meditation Teacher Training, Kathryn believes that the nervous system is the foundation of overall well-being. When we regulate stress and support the body's ability to feel safe, resilient, and balanced, other pieces of health often begin to fall into place. Through a blend of science-backed wellness strategies and compassionate support, she helps clients create sustainable habits that allow them to feel their best from the inside out.

Alexis Stone

Alexis Stone is a dedicated Breathwork Facilitator, 35-hour Sound Bath Practitioner, and 200-hr RYT. Certified in both Shamangelic Healing Modalities and Breathwork. She is committed to guiding individuals through powerful, heart-centered journeys of transformation, using the breath as a sacred tool to unlock emotional release, clarity, and deep healing. Alexis believes that within each of us lies an innate ability to heal, grow, and step into our most authentic selves—and it is through conscious breathwork that we can access this inner wisdom.

Her sessions offer a nurturing, grounded space for clients to safely explore their inner landscapes and awaken to new levels of self-awareness and empowerment.

At the core of Alexis’s work is her devotion to helping others cultivate and tend to their spiritual gardens—those sacred inner spaces where healing, growth, and transformation take root. She gently holds space for each individual to bloom in their own unique way, encouraging presence, compassion, and courage every step of the way.

Through her work, Alexis inspires others to reclaim their personal power, embrace their wholeness, and embark on a path of deep, soul-led transformation.
